What You'll Do

Your role is to provide support to Customer Relations team in daily operation, key responsibilities include:

  • Handle customers’ feedback, analyze their opinions, identify areas for enhancing service quality
  • Conduct on-site audit regularly
  • Prepare reports, recommendations and develop training materials if required
  • Compile statistics and reports for management review
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

You will work closely with your teammates and colleagues in Management Offices

 

Who You Are

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma holder
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience; possess experience in property management field is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent service mindset with can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
