Officer, Customer Relations
What You'll Do
Your role is to provide support to Customer Relations team in daily operation, key responsibilities include:
- Handle customers’ feedback, analyze their opinions, identify areas for enhancing service quality
- Conduct on-site audit regularly
- Prepare reports, recommendations and develop training materials if required
- Compile statistics and reports for management review
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

You will work closely with your teammates and colleagues in Management Offices
Who You Are
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- At least 3 years' relevant experience; possess experience in property management field is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent service mindset with can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
