Position Summary: Manages and oversees the operations of Property Services and Customer Services Teams to provide all-round property management services for the responsible property in Hong Kong.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manages and oversees the operations of Property Services and Customer Services
  • Teams to provide all-round property management services for the property and clubhouse
  • Enforces the terms and conditions of Deed of Mutual Covenant
  • Proposes the appointment of contractors, suppliers and service providers. Manages and monitors their performance
  • Prepares, manages and controls the operating budget of building fund
  • Liaises with various Departments internally; develops and maintains best relationship with joint venture developers, owners, occupants, government and statutory bodies to ensure the effective management of the property
  • Proposes improvement or renovation programmes to superiors when necessary

Business Expertise: Has comprehensive knowledge in property management aspects. Has good understanding of market environment, customer requirements and competitors’ practices.

Problem Solving: Uses own expertise to identify and solve complex problems subject to the departmental policies, procedures, practices and legal requirements.

Nature & Area of Impacts: Executes the departmental policies, procedures, practices and legal requirements. Affects the performance of the Team.

Interactions / Interpersonal Skills: Interacts with various Departments internally; develops and maintains best relationship with joint venture developers, owners, occupants, government and statutory bodies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

 

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree Holder with Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
  • Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1) is a must
  • Obtaining at least 10 years of property management work experience
  • Member of MCIH / MHKIH or other related professional qualifications are preferred
  • Excellent command in spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Candidate with solid experience in managing luxury residential premises and clubhouse will be a plus
  • Knowledge in MS Office is a must
