Castalia Court

The Group’s wholly-owned residential and commercial development is located in the core area of the Hangzhou Zhijiang National Tourist and Holiday Resort. Castalia Court is the residential portion with a GFA of approximately 2.27 million square feet, as well as approximately 250,000 square feet of commercial space. All Phase I and Phase II units had been sold. Phase III has also been completed with sales ongoing.
