Wuhan Development

 

The development is lying in a prime commercial district at the intersection of the Yangtze and Han rivers, and in the vicinity of the Inner Ring Road city-centre area. The site will enjoy direct access to the Wuhan Metro Line 13 currently under planning.

With an aggregate site area of approximately 700,000 square feet, the project is designed to yield a total GFA of approximately 4.4 million square feet. The Group plans to develop a large-scale complex with office, commercial, residential and educational components.
