The Summa

Situated at 23 Hing Hon Road, the Summa is in the neighbourhood of The University of Hong Kong. Two residential towers were built on top of a five-storey podium, offering a total of 168 units. Tower 1 comprises of 80 units, including 78 three-bedroom apartments and 2 duplex penthouses, whereas Tower 2 comprises 88 apartments, mainly two-bedroom units, with a small number of studios and one-bedroom apartments.

The podium includes main lobby entrance, car park, podium garden, as well as luxury clubhouse fully equipped with a gym room, swimming pool and other leisure facilities.
