Assistant, Property Services

What You'll Do

  • To carry out patrol in our properties
  • To handle tenants’ / residents’ enquiries 
  • To ensure that the facilities are in smooth operation

You will work with the property services team to provide excellent services to all residents and guests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Form 3 or above
  • Relevant experience in property management or security preferable
  • Good spoken and written Chinese
  • With ability to speak English is preferable
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate 
  • Shift duty required
