Assistant, Customer Services
What You'll Do
- To assist in daily operation in Club House and other service counters
- To organize recreational activities
- To handle customer enquiries
- To assist in ad hoc projects and assignments

You will work with the customer services team to provide excellent services to all residents and guests.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Relevant experience in club house and customer services preferable
- Good command of both spken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Pleasant, helpful with good communication skills
- Shift duty required
