Project is located in Honggutan CBD of Nanchang, containing phase I of Shangri-La Hotel & Arcadia Court and phase II of Enterprise Centre office building & retail podium.
Enterprise Centre is close to Nanchang municipal government with great GanJiang river view. It is quite close to entrance to Qiushui Square Station of Metro Line 1. With a total GFA of approx. 970,000 square feet equivalent to 90,000 sqm, and up-ground GFA of approx. 730,000 square feet equivalent to 68,000 sqm, it is expected to be completed in October 2023. As a smart and healthy building, it has obtained the national Green Building Two-star certification, LEED gold certification and WELL gold certification.
