Opened in 2023, The Lightbox is an office and retail mixed-use property within Shanghai’s Everbright City business district. With a total GFA of 42,000 sqm, the project features retail spaces on B1-L2 and office spaces on L3-L5.

The Lightbox is proud to be one of the few Shanghai’s urban renewal projects that is accredited with dual Platinum certifications from the esteemed international green building authorities, LEED and WELL.
