Nanchang Development

Situated on the west bank of Ganjiang River in the heart of Honggutan Central District, the development includes a hotel, offices, commercial and high-end residential properties – Nanchang Arcadia Court. The hotel and residential portions are completed, delivering a GFA of approximately 1.7 million square feet. The construction permit for the office site was issued in December 2019.
