aged 61, is an executive director of Kerry Property Management Services Limited, a subsidiary providing property management services to the Group. Mr Chu has over 30 years of experience in various aspects of the property business. Since joining the Group in 2000, Mr Chu's principal responsibility is the marketing and management of the Group's property portfolio in Hong Kong. Mr Chu holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Macau.
