aged 45, has been a director and the general manager of Kerry Properties Development Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the Group’s subsidiary providing real estate management services in Shanghai, since 1996 and 1998, respectively. He is also an executive director of Kerry Development (China) Limited. He is responsible for the operation of the Group's property development and investment projects in Shanghai. Mr Chau holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics and Administrative Studies from the University of Winnipeg in Canada.
