aged 63, is the chairman of Kerry Logistics Network Limited ("KLN"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and the chairman of a number of KLN's subsidiaries. Mr Ang was the Chairman of the Board from 2003 to 2008. He is now a vice chairman of Kerry Holdings Limited, the controlling shareholder of the Company. Mr Ang is also the chairman of China World Trade Center Co., Ltd. which is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and a non-executive director of Allgreen Properties Limited which is listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. He is a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Mr Ang attended the University of Western Australia, where he gained his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and the University of Toronto, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He also attended and completed the International Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
