aged 46, has been a Non-executive Director of the Company and a member of the Audit Committee of the Company since 2005. Mr Tse is a senior finance executive and currently heads the accounting function of Kerry Holdings Limited, the controlling shareholder of the Company. Mr Tse is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London, and he is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Associate Corporate Treasurer in England. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance and worked in the audit and banking industry prior to joining the Kerry Group in 1994. From 2001 to 2004, Mr Tse served as the group financial controller of SCMP Group Limited.
