aged 54, has been an Executive Director of the Company since 2009. In 2007, he was appointed as a Director of the Company and was subsequently re-designated as an Executive Director of the Company in 2009. Mr Qian was appointed as a director of Kerry Development (China) Limited in 2005 and as the chairman of Kerry Real Estate (Hangzhou) Co. Ltd. in 2008. He is also a director and/ or the chairman of a number of the Group's companies in Mainland China. Mr Qian received his tertiary education in Mainland China and completed an international advanced management programme at Harvard Business School.
