aged 48, has been an Executive Director of the Company since 2004. Mr Ma is the deputy chairman and the managing director of Kerry Logistics Network Limited, the divisional holding company of the logistics, freight and warehouse businesses of the Group. He joined Kerry Properties (H.K.) Limited, the principal Hong Kong property company of the Group, in 1990 and was transferred to the logistics, freight and warehouse division of the Group in 1999. Mr Ma holds a Bachelor of Science (Management Sciences) degree from the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom. Mr Ma also completed an executive education programme, "Managing the Supply Chain", at Harvard Business School.
