aged 62, has been an Executive Director of the Company since 1998. Mr Ho is an executive director of Kerry Properties (H.K.) Limited, the principal Hong Kong property company of the Group, and is responsible for the Group's property developments and infrastructure investments. Mr Ho is also responsible for overseeing the operation of the project companies and the projects of the Group in Shenzhen, Chengdu and Nanchang. Mr Ho is a non-executive director of Eagle Asset Management (CP) Limited, the manager of Champion Real Estate Investment Trust, which is listed in Hong Kong.
