aged 56, has been an Executive Director of the Company since March 2010. In 2007, he was appointed as a Director of the Company and was subsequently re-designated as an Executive Director of the Company in 2010. Mr Chan is also a director of Kerry Development (China) Limited. Mr Chan has over 30 years of experience in project and estate management in both private and public sectors, over 10 years of which were in Mainland China projects. Mr Chan is a Fellow Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and a Registered Real Estate Appraiser in Mainland China. Mr Chan holds a Master of Science degree in International Real Estate from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
